Don’t worry, be happy …

I am really enjoying one of the positive side effects of exercise — endorphins. I have done pretty solid workouts now for the last week. I did miss one day, but that’s how it goes. In the meantime, it’s been a 5 minute cardio warmup, weight work and then 30-45 minutes of pure cardio. I am so jazzed right now. It really feels good.
