… but not as much as exercise!
I have run into a conundrum when I work out.
I can walk on a treadmill on the first aerobic course (lots of ups) at a decent speed — for me, at least — for as much as 45 minutes and not hurt significantly.
But let me do the same workout on “regular” land; just let me walk the street or around the airport/Marginal trail the same approximate time, and I am in agony (back of left calf/ankle) in a much shorter period of time. Same shoes, same socks, same wrap on my leg; one is doable and the other isn’t.
I don’t get it. Explanations, anyone?
